Mission Trip
This year our Senior High Mission Trip was to Mobile, Alabama, June 14-20.

Youth Groups at RPC
RPC youth groups for Junior High and Senior High are open to all youth of the
community as well as to church members. Both youth groups meet on
Sunday evenings: Junior High from 6:00-7:15 and Senior High from 7:30-8:45.
Holiday parties, outings, and games are part of our regular programming.
Youth group is a place to build friendships and support one another.
We participate in hands-on local and global mission projects. During our
annual summer mission trip we serve people in need in various locations
around the country. Bible study and discussions about issues affecting
teenagers today help us to grow in faith and understanding.
We had a wonderful October with a bonfire, CROP walk, and a trip to Haunted
Trails. Here's what's coming up in November:
November 2 NO YOUTH GROUP
November 9 Service: Leaf Raking for RPC seniors! Bring a rake and meet at
the church at 1 pm. We should be finished by 3:30.
November 16 Regular meeting in the Celestial Cinema (Junior High 6:00-7:15;
Senior High 7:30-8:45). We will have a yoga instructor teaching us stretching and
relaxation techniques. Bring a towel and wear comfortable clothing.
November 23 Regular meeting in the Celestial Cinema (Junior High 6:00-7:15;
Senior High 7:30-8:45). Game/Discussion re: "Stuff: The Consumption
Expectations of teenagers."
November 30 Regular meeting in the Celestial Cinema (Junior High 6:00-7:15;
Senior High 7:30-8:45). We will play a game and make care packages for college
students.

A group just for teenage girls meets on Wednesday nights for eight weeks in
the fall (October 1 through November 19) and eight weeks in the spring. We
gather in the Celestial Cinema from 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm. The group’s goal is
to encourage girls to live healthy, spirit-filled lives in order to appreciate their
unique gifts and cultivate meaningful relationships. Each week we work on a
fun project, have lively discussion and lots of laughs. The group welcomes all
young teen girls at any time during the year! If you have questions, please
contact Mary Koon (Seminary Intern) Tuesdays at the church office or email
her at maryinwi@hotmail.com.
